Refund Policy – Meetflix

We collect an advance payment of ₹70 to reserve your slot. This amount is fully refundable, excluding any payment gateway convenience charges, under the following condition:

• You must cancel your booking or inform us via WhatsApp at least 72 hours before your scheduled slot time.

If the cancellation request meets this condition:

• We will initiate the refund within 24 hours of receiving your request.
• The refunded amount will typically reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled slot are not eligible for a refund.
